Extract is the most concentrated flavor of flower, fruit or spice. Our organic and conventional extracts are produced by handpicked suppliers who carefully select the best raw materials. It's critical that the raw material is processed exactly when it has achieved the optimal flavor intensity so that the finished product gets the unique natural aroma that makes your product the specialized product that it needs to be! Just after harvest, fruit and flowers undergo a gentle process where the taste is extracted one by means of water. Depending on specification and customer wishes, sugar may be added before the extracts are packed in sterile packaging.
